Like no other sale they had seen!!!! This didn't phase them though!!

We finally completed the purchase of our house last Friday having had our offer accepted back in January, It has been a long drawn out process to say the least but we got there despite the many hurdles, complications, and emails and telephone calls along the way. We are particularly grateful for the time invested on our behalf as buyers by Melanie and also Kayleigh who always seemed to be able to get the answers we needed to keep things moving. James and the rest of the team however were also happy to get involved when necessary to ensure things ran smoothly and we met our required completion date in the end, Huge thanks to Melanie, who understood our frustrations and actually proved more effective in getting things done than our poor choice of solicitor! The straightforward sale of our property took far longer than we had anticipated due to problems out of our buyers control. One particular girl, Melanie, was so helpful and went over and above her role including telephoning us in Lanzarote to keep us updated. Superb Management Of House Sale

Having marketed our house for sale through Robert Watts, I can say that all aspects of the sale process were carried out more than efficiently. From the initial meeting with James Watts, who came to view and value the property, until the final stages of the sale, which were dealt with by Kayleigh Sebastanelli, Watts were professional throughout. James was by far and away the most enthusiastic person to come and value the property, hence the reason we chose to market through Watts. Kayleigh, along with Jenny and Melanie, kept us up to speed with what was happening with regard to viewings, interest on Rightmove etc. Even when it came to the final stages and there had been mistakes made in the exchange of contracts, Kayleigh was the one to bring these to our attention and to point out possible legal avenues we could go down. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone connected with this sale for their help, advice and support, particularly when things were difficult. Everything has been much appreciated by my wife and me. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Watts in the future.

There weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.

They did everything to get me in within 8 weeks. Any queries and they answered them straight away even the daft questions. Thank you..
