I have let my house for over five years with Robert Watts and find that they only get better and better every year, the Ladies that work in the office are fantastic resolving any issues I have with maintenance and are always more than happy to help a very pleasant and extremely professional lettings agent who I would have no issues in putting them forward to anyone.

There's a limit to the space you can put the title into - I was going to say Really Champion - Brilliant.! My thanks to Kate Watts, director of the business who took the time to show me around the property, fully answered all my questions and helped me go through all the paperwork in a steady manner rather than rushing through. I've taken on this tenancy and as it is my first I'm feeling very optimistic and very positive about the service and level of care I can expect from this letting agent.

There weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.
