I've been using both the Wibsey and Cleckheaton branches of Robert Watts since 2001 both for buying and selling, and more recently the Cleckheaton branch as a tenant. I have found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Even when things don't go to plan as often happens with moving house, I can only praise the way they've dealt with issues on my behalf.

Robert Watts have managed 3 houses for me for the past 5 years.I would recommend them to any landlord,I have had very few periods when any of the houses have been untenanted,any monies due have always been paid to time and any problems or disputes with tenants sorted out very quickly. Recently rented a property from Robert Watts, Cleckheaton in BD6. There was a few questions and requested we had at the beginning which was dealt with negatively but then started dealing with Sam Banfield and he was so helpful and dealt with queries quickly and professionally between ourselves and the landlord, to help us obtain the property.
