Super helpful staff!

The team at Robert Watts in Cleckheaton were so helpful when I moved into my property recently. They could not have done enough for me. Having always owned historically, moving to rented was quite daunting and I had no idea what to expect. They helped me with the application forms, make my move really smooth and even recommended a removal company to help with my furniture. Would highly recommend this agency.

An agent that does things properly!

Having been involved in helping a couple of my staff recently in renting properties through agents in Yorkshire, I have quickly realised that there is a massive quality and competence difference between agents. Some claim to be qualified and cost effective, but as I have recently found, some have no clue about Tenancy Law or even how to treat a tenant fairly. One company that I cannot praise enough though is Robert Watts. They are not only qualified and registered with the appropriate schemes but they treat both the tenant and landlord as individuals. How do I know this? I used to Manage one of their branches and know just how professional they are. I only realised how important this was when I found how incompetent and Ill-knowledgeable some other agents are. My views are impartial, as my days with Robert Watts are behind me. But take it from me, if you are a landlord who needs the peace of mind......use RW, and if you’re a tenant who doesn’t want to be ripped off or made feel second class...again use RW.

The staff in the lettings office are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.. The property was let quickly with the valuation rental achieved. The staff kept us informed throughout the process and we have been delighted with the service we have received since the property was let. Very good tenants were found via the vetting procedures and we have complete peace of mind knowing that our property is so well managed.

All staff are always helpful, friendly and supportive. The response to any enquiries or issues is always prompt and informative. The new initiative of photographic evidence in presenting information is very welcome as this also helps to keep track of conditions in the property and enables us as landlords to appraise any concerns or alterations.. Advice is usually sound and based on their wide experience.
