From beginning to end, Robert Watts were amazing in both selling our home and helping us buy our new one. James came out initially for an appraisal and was very clear, and wasn't frustrated by all of our questions. He wasn't pushy at all, and even gave us some suggestions of houses that we loved (he knew exactly what style we were looking for). Lisa and Nikki were fantastic throughout the buying and selling process, despite some significant hurdles thrown at us by the solicitors. We can't thank them enough and simply couldn't recommend them any higher. The next time it comes to property we will be using Robert Watts again!

We sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general.
