Fantastic service from Steve from start to finish. I’d struggled with genuine interest in the property I was selling whilst using a local traditional estate agent, and switched to Steve Grantham Bespoke after buying a house through him a month before. Service and communication was first class throughout and Steve secured the sale I was looking for with the house only being on the market for a short period. I’d recommend Steve Grantham Bespoke to anyone.

We would recommend Steve, whilst we were new to buying a property he provided a more personalised service than we have seen larger estate agents provide. His communication is really good and we were never chasing him. Steve helped move everything forward and he was very responsive to any questions we had. Not that we plan to move again any time soon but we would use Steve again

My thanks go to Amy for providing me with an excellent service. She was quick to highlight key info and helped guide me through the process when addressing an unexpected problem that arose. She displayed great communication skills and always made herself available when I needed to ask a question or provide an update.
