He arranged for the photographs, floorplan , measurements and EPC and produced a very effective brochure for going to market. We left the organisation of viewings in Steve's hands and he organised a large number of viewings in a short time of going to market. Steve handled the negotiation process and kept us fully informed at all times. We have now exchanged contracts.
