From viewing the property with Joanna, putting in an offer, through to completion, every member of staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Sold our property within a couple of months but had the most demanding cash buyer, who wanted everything done at her pace. Lisa and the team were fantastic during our purchase. It wasn't all plain sailing, the owner of the property sadly passed away and a couple of days after probate was granted our buyers suddenly pulled out. Despite all this they got us over the finishing line at their end and handed us the keys at the beginning of July. 10/10

We purchased our house through Redbrik. We had already sold our property and had had a purchase of another property fall through, so we were up against the clock to find somewhere. From the date our offer was accepted to the date we moved in was 4 weeks. The fact that the searches had already been done in the buyers pack cut a lot of time out.
