I have deleted my review as I made a huge error in my judgement. I basically called Redbrik for providing inaccurate and misleading listing's. The house i was referring to was actually through W T Parker not Redbrik, so please accept my sincere apologies. I have now replaced my review with this one. Now I have the right estate agents in my head I can confirm Redbrik are incredibly polite and conscientious. Only positive experiences! However, I don't like how properties are listed as 4 bed or 3 bed when one of the rooms is a downstairs office next to the kitchen. I think this is across all estate agents though. Really polite staff and great to speak to and work with :)

Jess and her team @ Redbrik have been excellent from start to finish. The service provided using the 'secure move' scheme implemented by Redbrik was great. Communication from Jess quick and accurate, always extremely helpful :)

We recently sold our property on Poppy Crescent in Chesterfield with Jess and the team who were phenomenal throughout the entire process. Professional and efficient with very high levels of customer service. In addition to this the security that their Secure Move offering brings was a huge selling point and one that we cannot recommend enough. Without a doubt worth the slight premium compared to other agents in the same market. We would use them again in heartbeat.

The team at Redbrik were absolutely amazing, we completed in seven weeks and this was thanks to amazing solicitors and estate agents. We had a courtesy call from Redbrik informing us of a house that had become available to buy and we are now homeowners of that home. We purchased a house through Redbrik. From start to finish, it was really really easy and straightforward. Andrew Sedgwick was our case worker. He kept us informed every step of the way, he was a real human who understands that buying a house can be stressful and managed to take the stress away because I always knew he was totally on it. From that point on we were guided by Natalie whom again was most supportive and friendly we both felt very safe with the entire in-house service that they provided nothing was too much trouble and advice at the ready. We had constant contact with updates and advice which we found extremely helpful as we are busy people. Solicitors, reports, appointments, assessments were all taken care of with no fuss. Appointments with feedback and a constant update was invaluable. Andrew then took care of the final stages of the process which again was all dealt with very smoothly. If ever we decided to move we would be using Redbrik. We recommend this team of professionals and would like to thank them all for their help and kind approach to what could be a stressful process. The service was first class!

We have just completed this week as a seller of a property with the Chesterfield Branch . We have listed our house last year, when the market was slow . But from the beginning Jacqueline visited us and explained in detail the process of Redbrik, and unlike other Estate Agent visits was not pushy what’s so ever. Our property was listed in a very timely manner ( within days ) which I was very impressed with. The following period we was contacted weekly by Jake to update the process and feedback of any viewings , followed by advise to progress further with the sale . Redbrik arranged all the viewings and we were advised in advance when these would occur. Finally when we accepted an offer we was looked after by Lucie the progressor along side Elena @ Taylor Emmet . Lucie was there every step of the way and kept things moving. We had a weekly contact , sometimes more at the last stage to ensure it all completed in a timely manner . Lucie was very easy to contact throughout, which was reassuring if any issues needed looking into . They delivered the completion within the secure move period , Overall I honestly can say Redbrik provides an excellent service and in a timely manner .
