I have deleted my review as I made a huge error in my judgement. I basically called Redbrik for providing inaccurate and misleading listing's. The house i was referring to was actually through W T Parker not Redbrik, so please accept my sincere apologies. I have now replaced my review with this one. Now I have the right estate agents in my head I can confirm Redbrik are incredibly polite and conscientious. Only positive experiences! However, I don't like how properties are listed as 4 bed or 3 bed when one of the rooms is a downstairs office next to the kitchen. I think this is across all estate agents though. Really polite staff and great to speak to and work with :)

Highly recommend Redbrik, our property was very quickly put up for sale & sold within 48 hours. It was made a very easy process due to the brilliant staff at Redbrik. Staff could not have been more helpful. At every opportunity they were kind considerate and went out of their way to help us. The staff were professional quick to respond and accurate wherever possible straight away on the phone. Where not possible they found the answers and replied when details were clarifed. Communication was always followed with an email to ensure everything we agreed was in writing.
