We purchased our house through Redbrik. We had already sold our property and had had a purchase of another property fall through, so we were up against the clock to find somewhere. From the date our offer was accepted to the date we moved in was 4 weeks. The fact that the searches had already been done in the buyers pack cut a lot of time out.
