We had a couple of viewings with Gary, who was really kind, professional and informative. He had detailed notes on the properties which answered most of our questions and it was really refreshing to have a viewing with someone knowledgeable. Our experience with Archer & Co has been great so far and would highly recommend them.

Archer & Co have really delivered when selling my property. All aspects of the team stepped up following the break down of a previous chain following 6 months of conveyancing. The property was sold within a week of remarketing with the right buyer. The viewing specialists Jen and Gary were just fantastic and really understood the task at hand. Both were friendly, professional and interested whilst always communicating with me every step of the way. Gary would go above and beyond in terms of my expectation and am very thankful for all the teams help.

Archer and Co manged the sale of the property earlier this year. The process was excellent, starting with the marketing appraisal by Kerrie Edwards, who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to make very useful recommendations on points that she noted; including suggesting a structural survey to confirm the nature of some cracks, at the property as well as other helpful advice. The suggested marketing price was higher than competitors, but it was achieved. The marketing brochure produced by Suzanne Thomas and video narrated by Kerrie was very professional. Emma Liley managed the final offer procedure with great skill to achieve a very good result for us. Kelly Morgan, in sales progression, negotiated the road to exchange and completion with great skill and patience. Overall it was good experience that resulted in a successful house sale.
