Great experience when viewing properties. Gary is always professional and was able to answer all my queries on the viewings and we never felt rushed. Emma at the office has also been very efficient in booking viewings and answering any queries. Good agent is key to a smooth move so If I need to sell in the future I would definitely use Archers @ Chepstow office

Archers at Chepstow were great from the get-go in selling our house. From the initial contact, we had a good experience with all the members of the team, especially with advice on what final work to do on the house before going to market; everyone was very genuine in wanting to help us sell the house for the best possible price. Unfortunately after accepting an offer our buyer pulled out due to worries about it being non-standard construction. However, Emma came to our rescue and did an enormous amount of research into the construction in order to help us secure another offer. We were really grateful for the amount of work put in, which really felt like it was above and beyond the norm. Not all estate agents are the same and you get what you pay for with Archers, top quality service from start to finish.

Getting our house on the market was a smooth process , we we're kept updated at all times in about 3 working days from the photographer appointment we were on the market . Abby and Kerri were very helpful and friendly could not ask for more

Right from the outset with the Valuation, excellent Video, superb Photography, the well presented Literature and Internet listings, followed by the accompanied viewings, contact from the knowledgeable staff in the Chepstow office, keeping us updated every step of the way. I am sure this professional and friendly attitude shown by all we came into contact with resulted in the very rapid sale of the property.
