Tracey and her team were incredibly professional and helpful right from the point where we requested a valuation. We were impressed with the sales pitch and the effort that had clearly gone into determining a valuation for our property. Even though Archer and Co were a little more expensive than some other agents in the area we felt that the service they were offering was worth the extra. They achieved a higher sale price (and offers) for us than other agents suggested as listing price. This gave us more reassurance of their dedication. The team have been very helpful throughout the sale and are keeping us well informed now we have our chain formed.

We had a few viewings with Gary over the weekend, who was friendly and put us at ease. He had detailed notes on the property so was more than happy to answer any questions we had, and also offer his knowledge and recommendations on the local area. We never felt pressured as we had elsewhere. He was even kind enough to offer a second viewing the following day so that we could bring a family member along for a second opinion.
