When putting my property on the market I had valuations from several local estate agents. I chose Archer & Co. Kerrie Edwards came to value my property and immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and friendliness. She understood this move was a huge undertaking for me and was sympathetic towards this. I had total confidence when instructing Archer & Co to handle the sale. The viewings team was also friendly. When viewings were booked, the phone calls were followed up with texts and emails and reminders were sent out on the day of the viewings. Caroline Facey from the Sales Progression Team was outstanding throughout the process. I had some Conveyancing issues and she went above and beyond to help me. I must also mention Gill Vaughan who stepped in on my behalf regarding the above. I would not hesitate in recommending Archer & Co to anyone considering selling their property. A truly first class, professional service.
