From the moment we met with Kerrie Edwards to discuss selling our property it was apparent that Archer & Co were a professional and proactive company. Kerrie's advice and the way she comes across is extremely knowledgeable but very personable. We had every confidence in her. Archer & Co are slightly more expensive than other local agents but the quality of their advertising material, photographs and videos is exceptional and in our case we had an offer on our property within a week after 2 viewings. We had an excellent rapport with Jen who conducted the viewings on our property and Gary who accompanied us to view the property we are buying. They too are very approachable and patient, answering any questions I put to them. Being a pessimist they helped me overcome my fears that we wouldn't get a sale on our property or an agreement on the property we wanted to buy. We are currently going through the admin stage of a sale and have been kept 'in the loop' by email and phone calls from Gill Vaughan and others in the admin team. Would I recommend Archer & Co? I already have to friends and they are currently going through the sales process of their property. I highly recommend them.

I recently found myself in the upsetting position of selling my late mother's property. Kerrie visited to carry out the valuation and was extremely sympathetic and kind during this distressing time. I had no hesitation in instructing Kerrie with the sale. Once the property was on the market numerous viewings were arranged by Lisa and Emma in the sales team, and several offers of full asking price received in a short space of time. We had a really good experience with Archer. They offer a premium service and work really hard to get your sale through. We felt in safe hands from the start. In particular Emma ('the queen of concrete!' Not a name I'm sure she wants, but one she has regardless because she knows her stuff about construction;) and Lisa (just lovely every time we speak to her!) have been amazing, reassuring and on our side all the way through. I've just sold the home I grew up in through Archer & Co, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the agent who did the first valuation, through marketing, viewing, sales progression... everyone was wonderful. They produced a really good brochure with fantastic pictures tor marketing the house, the sales team were really good at actively looking for buyers and chasing up those who'd viewed, they were all good at keeping me informed of progress - even if it was just a quick email to say there had been no progress, at least I always knew what was happening. The team are nice people to deal with too - it was painful to sell my family home and I had a couple of moments of getting upset, but the team were great at supporting me and helping out wherever they could. Particular thanks to Emma and Caroline, who I felt I could approach with anything at any time throughout the process. I'm so glad I went with Archer & Co for such a significant event in my life, thank you so much!
