I decided to use Archer and Co to sell my property as they are such a long established company and give the impression of being very professional. Archer and Co weren't the cheapest agent but they were the company that gave the best impression of professionalism. On the point of cost, the amount I received after costs was actually more than the valuation done by another estate agent. Tracey, the representative that came to visit and value the property, was extremely professional and clearly explained the sales process. Most importantly, everything she promised, she and the team delivered on. Prospective purchasers were shown around the property from the word go. I had an offer in the first week, which although not close enough to the guide price, was encouraging. The whole sales process from going to market to accepting an offer took six weeks. In the current market, that was really impressive. The team in the office kept me updated all the way through the process. I received feedback from every viewing which was really helpful. Whenever I popped into the office in Chepstow I was given a warm welcome. The staff remembered my name and treated me like I was their only client, which is important. Special mention to Lisa, Caroline and the ever smiley Emma. Emma and Lisa in the front of the office showed a real interest in both my property and where I was moving to and were always friendly and helpful. From my own experience, I would certainly recommend Archer and Co to anyone looking to sell their home. Their marketing was amazing, using a professional photographer and a professional videographer. The description in the marketing video and sales brochure emphasised my property's important features and key selling points. I have to say, the marketing was second to none and I was very impressed. Archer and Co were more expensive than other agent's but in my view you get what you pay for. I have seen plenty poorly marketed properties hanging around on the market for ages. In the end, I am confident that they achieved the highest price possible for my property. As previously mentioned, I actually ended up receiving more after deduction of all of my costs (including the agents fee) than if I had gone with a cheaper agent as the cheaper one valued my property at less than the net amount I received after costs through Archer and Co. Thank you Archer and Co for all your help in selling my home and helping me achieve my dream move!
