Seems to be too posh!!
Beware of renting through Colburn Properties when Perry Bishop is acting as your agent. The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience — tenants deserve far better.
Reply from Perry Bishop - Cheltenham: Good afternoon Michael, I am sorry to share that when you left the property you hadn’t made any effort to clean anything , it was thick with dust and debris in all the rooms, the bathroom and kitchen required extensive cleaning and the rear courtyard was overgrown. When you moved into the property it was brand new. The property was not managed by Perry Bishop and on numerous occasions we asked that you contact the landlord directly regarding your deposit and the proposed deductions. Quotes to rectify the damages were required before the remainder of your deposit could be released.

Property was sold / completed on in an awful condition, required formal cleaning - no support when raised. Poor communication. Follow up communication that is irrelevant, out of touch and belies our experience. Estate agents that are true to the stereotype.

I would like Gavin Wallace our Residential Director to chat to you about your experience and how you feel we are out of touch , never heard that before and if there is anything to improve upon we will take on board.

Posting junk mail through my front door, then knocking the door after pushing it through to make absolutely sure that my baby wakes up. Don't do that.
Not a good experience. Would never buy a property again through them.
