The team are always a pleasure to deal with and great at what they do! Highly recommended!

The team at Perry Bishop Cheltenham performed well during the sale of my fathers’ house. The property was very much a “doer upper” so was not the easiest to shift. However, once a realistic price was established and a time waster dealt with, the property was sold quickly and efficiently.

Purchasing house process, we got regular updates from Lucy on the progress of the purchase. We had little response/updates from our solicitors so it was really nice to have a response from Perry Bishop even if there wasn’t much to report. Quick, same day replies and felt like we could ask anything, no matter how big or small.
