Beware of renting through Colburn Properties when Perry Bishop is acting as your agent. The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience — tenants deserve far better.

Property was sold / completed on in an awful condition, required formal cleaning - no support when raised. Poor communication. Follow up communication that is irrelevant, out of touch and belies our experience. Estate agents that are true to the stereotype.

Not a good experience. Would never buy a property again through them.

Nothing special don’t know why they bother me

No availability to view a property for over a week... unbelievable. Either under-staffed or too busy - either way I wouldn't sell my house with them!
