Good professional services

We sold our house with the Bath Road office earlier this year and would thoroughly recommend them. We asked a number of estate agents to value our house before putting it on the market. From the first time we contacted the office they was very helpful, took the time to listen to us and gave us their honest opinion. We chose to put our house on the market with Perry Bishop and they continued to impress us. They kept us informed with planned viewings and followed up with feedback from each viewing – never once did we have to chase them! Our house sale went through very smoothly and we believe this was due to the efficiency in communicating with all parties involved, ensuring nothing was neglected.

We purchased our new property through Perry Bishop and Chambers -we had a great experience. We were particularly impressed with their friendly and efficient communication and thanks to them our purchase went smoothly.

The Cheltenham Bath Road team were extremely attentive, informative and approachable. They ensured that the momentum continued to enable a timely completion. We were very happy with the professional service we received. Thank you!
