Booked a viewing with Northwood on a property. The viewing needed re-arranging, but Ryan was great and rang me 2 days in advance, and I also got a phone call a few hours before to remind me. The viewing was well organised and informative. Great customer service, friendly staff. Great company.

Northwood have been nothing but amazing. Always keeping me informed at all times about properties I wanted to view. One in particular 11b Devonshire Street, Cheltenham, GL50 3LS. Milly was so lovely & helpful, the communication was next to none, she let me have a second look at the flat. When I wanted to put a holding deposit down she phoned me straight away to take the payment. Informed me of everything, what would stay with the furnished flat so I knew what to take with me. She was so accommodating when I wanted to take 500 pictures of the flat, dancing around to get out the way :) All in all, excellent service thank you so much.

The whole experience of letting has been amazing with Northwood, Cheltenham but Lisa in particular.
