Northwood managed our flat while we were in Cheltenham for approximately 1.5 years. Lisa, the property manager, was amazing and always very prompt in addressing any concerns or issues we had.

We've had an excellent experience with Northwood over the past 4 years. They've been reliable and responsive. We haven't had many difficulties in our rental property as they've kept things at a great standard, but when they've happened (investigation of a possible gas leak, help with a faulty washing machine) they have been so quick and helpful. Milly and Holly have been our main points of contact, and they are so friendly and professional, and would take into account our work patterns for things like inspections. Would definitely rent with them again!
