Have never had a phone call with less than 35 minutes on hold. Left a voicemail with no followup. Dreadful communication. Baffling. And using an automated voice for your menus is infuriating. How hard would it be to recording a human? Zero stars, would not recommend.
A very disappointing experience, three months wasted , agreed the price twice and every time they come up with a new story, zero transparency, they lack the required levels of respect and professionalism they will never come back with an …
I decided to use iamsold for a quick sale. I set expectations with price before entering contract in which they said it would still work! I dropped my house price from £260k to £240k for auction and then lowered to £220k on their advice. I …
As soon as my reservation fee was paid, communication with the I Am Sold team became so difficult. I had to wait hours in a queue on the phone lines and, at times, a 15 day ++ wait for a reply to emails. This made the 56-day completion …
I represent a cash buyer and they wouldn't let me do the viewing of some run down dump they have been trying to sell for over a year. Good luck selling property with them!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I recently bought a house through this company, and the process was smooth up until completion. After that, everything went downhill. Our personal data was repeatedly shared with third parties without our consent. My partner was contacted by building companies about a property he has never lived in (a property my mum lives in) and was even informed that their rent would be increasing. He was also contacted regarding a Section 21 notice that was intended for my mum. Each time they called, my partner clearly explained that he was not on the tenancy and had never lived at the property, yet the calls continued. I gave the branch manager the opportunity to resolve the issue. She assured me it had been sorted, but on the very same day my stepdad received a text containing both mine and my partner’s personal information—information that has absolutely nothing to do with him. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The ongoing data breaches from September until now are completely unacceptable and show a serious lack of care when handling personal information.
If you want an estate agent that actually knows how to communicate, go with Reeds Rains. We wasted months with Manning, got absolutely nowhere, switched to Reeds Rains, and -shock- our house sold in days. Manning’s communication was, frankly, a joke. They cancelled viewings without bothering to phone us, never seemed to know what was happening with our property, and we could never get a straight answer about who was even responsible for it. They even gave us information that turned out to be totally wrong—twice. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The place runs like no one there has the faintest idea what they’re doing.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone, they are a bunch of arrogant people there who would only make empty promises and claim to be a big organisation managing 700 plus clients, however, please avoid. There is a certain gentleman there called Sunil, he will act like he knows it all but on one of my queries, he wrote on an email “do not waste our time”. Absolutely zero customer service, no professionalism. Also i have proof that i did not ask anything free and whatever i asked was a part of the contract, however, these guys would only mention that our property was given to them and not acquired, I honestly have no more time to waste since i have then sold my house and swiftly, these guys couldn’t even give me clarity on when the tenants will leave. Avoid at all costs, for their attitude, you’d probably get two estate agents who would prove their mettle with some work and not ball talks. Sunil Sharma you are a total disgrace to customer service
I had a viewing booked with this company and was on my way and on getting there I was told the room was already taken and I was showed another room that was more expensive than the one I initially planned to see. They engage in bidding wars, I would not advice anyone to use them as they do this to box you into putting out offers after offers and competing with other people for same property.
Avoid. Highly unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Sarah Fitton is exactly as others have reviewed her, dishonest and a scam. She takes your money for her property management services, and she doesn’t deliver at all, on the …
