Allannah has been so helpful; she’s so charismatic, has bags of optimism, and when Allannah says she’s working hard for you - you can believe that she is. I think for anyone wary of Sales/Lettings; Allanah will put them at ease. Engaging and pivotal.

Not the easiest site to navigate

The place itself was gorgeous, there was a wide selection of plants available, and the cafe was really nice too. Unfortunately the experience was marred by the fact it just isn’t wheelchair accessible at all, despite what Google says. As a keen gardener, my mum was really excited to go here, but the car park is gravel with lots of uneven bits and potholes meaning she could barely drive her electric wheelchair through and got stuck multiple times. When she finally got inside, the only way to get through the building is to go over a wooden bridge which has steps and one narrow ramp. However, the ramp has a large lip at the bottom of it, meaning her wheelchair couldn’t get over and we had to physically lift her. The exit to the outside area also has a ramp, but there are stairs at the bottom meaning she couldn’t get outside at all. The paths outside are extremely narrow with deep gravel on either side so even if she had been able to get out there, she would’ve struggled to get around safely. It’s really frustrating when a place claims to be accessible but clearly hasn’t been designed with wheelchair users in mind. My mum left feeling disappointed and upset because she’d been looking forward to visiting and exploring the gardens. I’m leaving this review not to criticise the staff, who were lovely, but so that other wheelchair users and their families know what to expect before making the trip.
