Kindly remove all of William Nelhams & Co properties from your website as after a number of emails asking to update our stock, to this date majority of the advertised properties have been rented and/or sold couple of years ago. No authorisation has been given to advertise the properties on your website, therefore we await confirmation of immediate removal.

Please can someone advise why properties listed elsewhere years ago, are now advertised on your site??

Unauthorised listing of properties which have been copied from old adverts on rightmove. Assuming this website is a SCAM

All started well. I sent a the information Allison requested. Was advised a section 8 would be sent out. Struggled to get Allsion on the phone as it was not sent. Was then advised we could roll with the section 21 that I had already issued myself. After that I called 3 times over a week and left messages with no reply whatsoever. I then sent a text message asking for her to reply to me with again no reply. I then got somebody else to call Allison's number and she picked up straight away showing I was being completely ignored. A horrible way to treat somebody who is already going through the stress of a bad tenant. The delays have cost me a lot of money. I would never recommend this company. Be very careful of a company that can only be contacted through a mobile. Lesson learned.
