I liked how we communicated by text message to arrange the viewing. It was refreshing how Matt responds to my messages outside the 9-5pm window most estate agents operate in which works better for us as we work shifts. We arrived at the house, Matt greeted us & I noticed he’d covered his shoes & offered us covers which I thought was really thoughtful of him. He’d arranged for the owners to go out for the day while he showed potential buyers around and explained there was no rush to view as he had set aside enough time for us to see everything and ask any questions.
