I liked how we communicated by text message to arrange the viewing. It was refreshing how Matt responds to my messages outside the 9-5pm window most estate agents operate in which works better for us as we work shifts. We arrived at the house, Matt greeted us & I noticed he’d covered his shoes & offered us covers which I thought was really thoughtful of him. He’d arranged for the owners to go out for the day while he showed potential buyers around and explained there was no rush to view as he had set aside enough time for us to see everything and ask any questions. This was definitely our best Estate Agent experience in the months we’ve been viewing houses.

Matt & Andrea are the best Estate Agents i have ever dealt with. They are incredibly professional and great people to work with. His understanding of the selling points of the house and neighbourhood shone through. He discussed in detail his suggestion of running an open house event, and online marketing was better thought through than that of a local high-street estate agent. There was attention to detail in preparation of the prospectus, and the photos were taken with care and did the house justice. Matt was professional, with a friendly, genuine manner and a calm, unflustered approach. It was great to have continuity, always dealing with Matt rather than a string of different agents. He was easily contactable at all times. In the stressful context of a rather complicated house move, these were qualities we especially valued.

Throughout the whole process the service that we have received from Matt has been great. What a fantastic team Andrea and Matt are. This was the first time we had used them to rent our house out. Exceptional in all areas, including, speed, efficiency, photography, finding tenants (that fitted my criteria too). The most important area for me though was that they are very flexible and provided a personalised service. We are now using them for another house off the back of how successful the first rental was.
