I cannot recommend Matt Markham highly enough! From the first meeting right through to completion. On first meeting, it was clear that Matt knew his stuff. I was impressed that he could provide details of the market in our area and what to expect realistically. Matt was professional and attentive. He makes you feel that you are his only client and not just another customer. Communication throughout the process was excellent.
