I am about to take the tenancy of a property in Mobberley through Will at Ewe move. The process has been so smooth and Will is always at the end of the phone if I need anything. Will answers all my questions or comes back to me if he hasn’t got the info to hand. In fact I have been so satisfied with the service I have received I have recommended them to my current landlord to manage his property.

We bought a property in Edgeley through Ewe move. Matt was great, knowledgable about the property during the viewing. One of us couldn’t make the viewing and he sent an in depth video of the house which was great! He was also quick to answer any queries we had throughout the buying processes. Finally got round to submitting this review, now the unpacking is finished. In theory I should be writing a review for our estate agent and not the estate agent that we purchased from! However, we would have been lost and highly stressed if it had not be for Matt at Ewemove, he kept us up to date with everything more that our own estate agent, he did most of the chasing down the chain etc. His professionalism and friendly nature (with no BS) puts him way above any agent we have used in the past. I will definitely use Matt in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

I am generally not a person to write reviews, however, after meeting Matt from EweMove, he has been very detailed from the first time I met him to view a house in Cheadle Hulme and this compels me internally to let everyone know how amazing he is as a person. He is attentive, listens to your requirements, gives you ample time, is never in a rush, and is always a call away. I haven’t seen such traits in any other agent as I viewed properties in Altrincham, Bramhall, and Cheadle Hulme. Whenever I need to ask any questions, he replies to you promptly or calls you back in a very reasonable time. I have to admit that I won’t be able to secure my offer without the help of Matt as he clears all the path and takes all the stress to ensure his clients are happy. I am planning to take on a BTL mortgage and would love to work with him only. Matt is the man to go for if anyone’s looking to purchase a house or look for rental properties. He is simply awesome :)

We moved to Cheadle Hulme in August 2022. Matt and Andrea were instrumental in this move carrying out many negotiations with the seller and going above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. They are personable and friendly and unlike many estate agents I’ve dealt with, you genuinely feel like you are valued and listened to and that they are working on your behalf. I think it makes such a difference these days to have people who really care about what they do and Matt and Andrea certainly do this.
