She is always very well presented, knows the subject and is always able to give sound advice, whilst understanding the needs of those around her. Anita Andrew provided an excellent service as an estate agent for Charters during the sale process of our purchase of a custom build property by HAB. As it is complex process, Anita very competently guided us through it, providing valuable practical tips which enabled us to make choices which accurately reflected our tastes and preferences. She is remarkable with respect to her attention to detail and has been exceptional in her prompt response to all our queries. She has secured us all the information we required, in a very timely way, particularly if she did not have it to hand. We found her to be efficent, friendly and highly professional. She is clearly an asset to her organisation.

Proactive and highly professional

Fiona is highly knowledgeable in connection with the local new build market. She has a professional confidence which resulted in an easy sale. Her understanding of our project was excellent and our requirements were fully applied. We are always impressed with Charters proactive approach to business....they call us before we need to call them....and anyone you speak to at the office is able to help. They all seem to be up to speed with each property on their books.! Overall we would strongly recommend Charters and will definitely use them again for our next project .

How a letting agent should be

Tracey and the team at Charters operate a very professional and slick lettings department. Despite not yet having a presence within Romsey they beat two other well established Romsey letting agents with, I have to say, little competition. They had numerous viewings, updated me regularly and more importantly found the ideal tenants. The paperwork all done by e-mal and electronic signatures is total efficiency. Why all agents do not offer this heaven knows. Thank you for all your help. James. L
