In safe hands

I have dealt with many letting agents over the years and without doubt have found Lisa to be head and shoulders above the others. Her unfailingly courteous and professional manner coupled with an in-depth knowledge of letting property has given me every confidence when dealing with her. She has offered extremely good advice that resulted in tenants being secured very quickly and saving me money in the process. I'd have no hesitation recommending Lisa.

Fantastic Service

Lisa has been very helpful since the start of our rental and getting the ball rolling. I have used a few letting agents but none have been as professional and helpful as Lisa at charters. We have now been in our lovely house for nearly two months. All issues are dealt with in a timely manner which is fantastic. Thank you so much for everything!

Speedy, fuss free, service.

We had successfully negotiated a tenancy through Charters, when on the day we had signed everything, it fell through. So they had to find is somewhere else, very quickly, which thankfully, they did. Eight months later, we need to move again and the process has been smooth and trouble free. Amazingly we only handed the keys back on Sunday evening, today is Friday and we already know we will get our deposit back and no exit fees to pay. With our previous agent, that process took six weeks with a Â£125 fee to pay for the exit inventory check. Thank you Charters.

Excellent

I've had a number of occasions to work with Adel (on both sides of the letting fence) and have always found her to be professional, polite, friendly and having that touch for making you feel like a client instead of someone to be 'processed'!

Friendly,courteous,service

After renting for sometime through another agent,charters bought out the company and the service recived went up,problems previously overlooked were quickly fixed or put right by the quick thinking initiative of Kirsty Reed. would recommend anyone dealing with Kirsty will have no problems as she is very friendly and has lovely telephone manner ,always quick to respond to any problem.problem solved pretty much immediately.

Kirsty Reed

Kirsty has been amazing since we have moved into our flat in Alresford, nothing is ever too much trouble and she always responds to enquiries/questions extremely promptly. Kirsty also has alot of patience and no matter if I didn't understand something she would always explain again and again until I understood fully. She is brilliant and we are very luckily to have her to contact!
