Move into new letting

My family and I have just moved home into a new letting managed by Charters Winchester. Having moved into our last home with another letting agency, it became immediately apparent how professional Charters are when compared to others. Having viewed and selected a property to let, Hanna managed the credit checking process, viewing and signing of the Tenancy Agreement, receipt of deposit and rent payments and general queries my wife and I had. New Tenant

Hanna handled the hand over at the start of our tenancy and we found her to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Hanna has helped make our move in as simple as possible and when there was a small issue discovered when the central heating was restarted she was able to get engineers on site the same day and the issue was swiftly resolved.
