All the Charters staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and understanding of my situation, and Kirsty has been extremely helpful to me in advising how to deal with slightly tricky end of tenancy issues. She was always reassuring and I felt absolutely confident that she knew how to handle the process and give me sound advice, always happy to look over emails I needed to send etc. I can't recommend her highly enough!

As a landlord we used Charters to find a tenant for our Winchester property. Charters' office in Wonchester found suitable tenants and negotiated rent to our satisfaction. Adel managed the references, tenancy agreement, deposits, inventory and initial rent and provided an excellent service. At each stage she kept us up to date by email or telephone which meant the process progressed smoothly. Her helpful emails were well written and concise, keeping us informed at each stage of the process. On the telephone, Adel has excellent communication skills and is always helpful and positive..
