Amazing, Helpful & Considerate

As a landlord there are always many issues you have to deal with; of course you always want to keep the tenants happy, but there is a fine line that needs to be balanced. Adel, is that person that makes you feel that you can trust your home in her hands - she is kind, but acts very fast, is helpful and always considerate to both the tenant and myself. I can fully recommend her to look after your home

We needed a quick turnaround on our rental

The house we wanted to rent was perfect but we could not commit until contracts were exchanged on our house sale. Finally this was done with only 2 weeks to completion so the rental process had to be as quick as possible. Kirsty understood our position and helped move the process along through its various stages so that we could take possession with a week to spare. We found the whole Charters house rental procedure to be efficient and Kirsty was especially helpful in overcoming any difficulties.

Personable, honest and reliable

Kirsty has managed our property for a year nearly, she has always managed to balance being a true professional with excellent friendly social skills. We have found Kirsty to be reliable, she does exactly what she says she is going to do... It's so refreshing! Kirsty has made renting alot easier for us, it makes such a difference having an approachable agent to discuss issues with, she is a true asset to charters.

Letting your property made easy

Having rented my home out through Charters Estate agent - I felt totally supported throughout the year. Adel was always quick to respond and lovely to speak to. Emails were polite and to the point and the follow up was always reliable. Adel was also able to advise me en route as this was my first time in the role of a landlord. I was overseas for much of the time but felt that my property was on good hands. Thanks to Adel and Charters team!

Rob Mott is quite simply one of the best all round Estate Agent that I have ever dealt with.

Over well over 20 years now I have dealt Rob and found him to be excellent in terms of all aspects of estate agency from selling simple refurbished flats over the years for us to now handling multi million pound development schemes. Tom went above and beyond the call in all departments

I was looking to purchase an office for my business and Tom assisted not only in finding the ideal property, enabling me to purchase off-market, but assisted with the initial design ideas for the development. At every stage of the subsequent development, Tom has assisted with information requests, providing everything I have needed to keep me appraised of market trends and values. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough.
