Tracey was absolutely excellent! She bent over backwards for us to get the tenancy all sorted and turned around within 4 days which is absolutely incredible - not just for the amount of work she put in but also how communicative she was with us during the whole process. A Human on the End of the Line

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to have a real human being to consult when needing some advice on moving out and last minute issues. Kirsty was not only human, by which I mean kind and understanding but was also exceptionally helpful, full of good advice and helpful solutions, issuing me with a copy of the guide to leaving a tenancy, giving me details of recommended cleaners etc etc.. It made the moving out process as smooth and painless as possible. We've been dealing with Tim the Marketing Director for a few years and he has always given excellent service and always gone passed and beyond the call of duty to help out where he can in many aspects of the business. He's a pleasure to deal with and his knowledge of the business is outstanding.

Beyond Business

I have worked with Tim in two capacities. First as agent (on the sale of my house, which is still pending - sorry Tim). He is knowledgeable and incredibly courteous giving me confidence in his agency. Secondly, I went to him for his marketing expertise to help a charity I am trustee of, working to prevent and treat youth homelessness in the same geographical locations that Charters operates. He listened and agreed to offer his insight and advice where possible. Thanks to Tim, our charity was included in a Charters campaign supporting local charities. Partnerships between business and social organisations, sharing skills knowledge and insight are the future. Tim has been very open to the possibility and I hope we can collaborate more in future.
