Huge thanks to the whole team at Perry Bishop Tetbury for the fab job helping us market and sell our house. The team were always courteous, enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with and communication was clear throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recomend them.
Fantastic service from the staff at PB, a special mention to Helen who was always friendly, helpful and worked hard to see our sale through, a great company who genuinely care about their clients.
Sam Smith and Helen Pugh have been excellent in buying my property and making the experience so much smoother than it could have been. They were friendly, approachable, reliable and efficient and didn't drop any balls despite all that they were managing.

Our house had been on the market for a year with another agent. We switched to Perry Bishop in Tetbury and within weeks we had an offer, which we accepted. Somehow - with the help of Perry Bishop - we managed to move, just over two months …
Peter and Yvonne Scott did an outstanding job selling my property. It wasn’t the easiest house to sell, yet they went above and beyond to find the right buyer at the price I wanted. Even when unexpected challenges arose, they handled everything with professionalism and dedication. Thanks to their hard work, I’m now in my new home, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Peter and Yvonne, for your exceptional service!
I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Honest and hardworking. Peter gave me a truthful assessment of my house v the market, recommended a buy price and a week later it sold. Best. Agents. Ever.

We decided to use Peter & Yvonne's service for selling our property as they showed a deep and thorough understanding of the local market and the value of our property based on its location. We were not disappointed with the result - the first four viewings resulted in four offers of the asking price, with one being above asking. From that point onwards, Peter kept in regular contact with us with latest updates from each potential purchaser, and continued with this all the way through to completion. We have no hesitation in recommending Peter Scott Estate Agents. They are a friendly, knowledgeable local estate agency that have their finger on the pulse for properties in the Chalfonts and surrounding areas
