Peter Scott - Chalfont St Giles

Peter and Yvonne did a fabulous job in securing the sale of my property in Buckinghamshire during a period of rapidly rising interest rates. It was third time lucky after two sales fell through, and was secured in the end largely through their hard work and personal attention. Highly recommend.

Peter was fantastic when showing is around one of their properties. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the place and able to answer any questions we had. We were able to spend as much time there was we needed, we didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Highly recommend Peter Scott Estate Agents services.

Peter Scott did a great job of selling my parents' bungalow at a time of significant market uncertainty. Interest rates had suddenly increaed within a couple of weeks of marketing the property yet they were able to generate many viewings & several good offers offers. They found us a really good quality purchaser & negotiated a good price. Throughout the process, they were very positive, communication was excellent and they were a real pleasure to deal with. Their unique selling point, in my view, is their personal touch. Unlike agents I've had dealings with in the past, they made me feel like I was their only customer & that they were really working hard on my behalf, which I know they were. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend without hesitation Peter Scott estate agents for your property sale or purchase. I was greatly impressed by their professionalism, and their efficient and effective marketing of my house in Chalfont St. Giles. The service I received exceeded my expectations and greatly helped to alleviate or address issues rapidly as they arose. Thank you Peter and Yvonne!

Yvonne and Peter couldn’t have done more for us. They are both so professional, so helpful and so caring, which you don’t get with many estate agents. I would definitely use their services again, without a doubt! I highly recommend them if you’re looking to sell your home, they may be small but they are mighty!

Peter and Yvonne have provided genuine care and professionalism throughout the whole process of selling my mother’s bungalow. They have always responded quickly to any queries and have provided reassurance when needed. I highly recommend their services to any future customers.

Very pleasant experience to work with Peter and Yvonne on our house sale. Both professional and friendly. Peter did a great job on the photos for the listing and took the effort to redo the outdoor pictures in better light. They kept us up to date throughout the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Peter and Yvonne are both very professional and personable, they were a pleasure to deal with

Totally professional and supportive throughout the process of my purchase. I would highly recommend Peter Scott.

Even though the sale of my property isn't complete yet, I felt it important to write this review. Peter and Yvonne Scott are simply outstanding. From the minute I met Peter he gave me total confidence and very sound advice on the local market and the sale of my property. I had all of the usual suspects around to value and potentially market my property but none of them came close to Peter and Yvonne. Most of the agents I invited to view my property were parasites and I could almost see the £ signs in their eyes as it's very much a sellers market at the moment. Peter was the exact opposite and his advice was all about me, not his profit. From that point the experience just got better and better. They gave me sound advice, total confidence and, within 3 weeks of my property hitting the market, a sale for an extremely attractive price. I can't thank them enough and, in my opinion, you be mad not to use them. ***** If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars, I would! *****
