We decided to use Peter & Yvonne's service for selling our property as they showed a deep and thorough understanding of the local market and the value of our property based on its location. We were not disappointed with the result - the first four viewings resulted in four offers of the asking price, with one being above asking. From that point onwards, Peter kept in regular contact with us with latest updates from each potential purchaser, and continued with this all the way through to completion. We have no hesitation in recommending Peter Scott Estate Agents. They are a friendly, knowledgeable local estate agency that have their finger on the pulse for properties in the Chalfonts and surrounding areas
