Peter Scott - Chalfont St Giles

I have recently sold a property through Peter Scott and was extremely pleased with the service I received. I had initially gone to one of the bigger firms, but after they failed to turn up for a meeting and didn’t return 4 phone calls, I decided to use Peter. I am so glad I did. The knowledge that Peter and Yvonne have is superb, and they couldn’t have been more helpful every single step of the way, from helping with getting local repair firms in, assisting with survey findings and chasing up solicitors. Their communication is swift, accurate and polite and calls/emails are always responded to. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, and a worthy 10/10 across the board. Peter and Yvonne - thank you both very much for making a very stressful transaction as smooth as possible.

Peter and Yvonne, were very professional at every step of the house purchase. They went out of their way to help both sides of the chain so that the sales went through. They were always contactable and quick to respond. Yvonne knew every detail and kept us up to date regularly. I would definitely recommend using Peter Scott Estate Agents!

We were extremely impressed with Peter Scott Estate Agents who oversaw the sale of our house. Peter's professionalism and down to earth approach made for a smooth process, from the pre valuation visit through to completion. Both Peter and Yvonne were a pleasure to deal with; we were always kept in the loop and never had to chase for updates. As buyers, we have viewed numerous houses with various Estate Agents including Peter Scott and can certainly say that Peter is in a different league to the rest. He showcases what the property has to offer but doesn't sugar coat. Not only would we use Peter Scott Estate Agents again, we would also highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Peter Scott and his team made selling our house as easy as it could have been. They were professional, friendly and available throughout the whole process. From getting the house onto the market, through the show arounds and negotiating to get us well above the expected price and finally ensuring the sale completed smoothly and easily. I would recommend them to anyone local to Chalfont St Giles and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Our experience with Peter and Yvonne was simply brilliant. Not only was the marketing and showing of our home faultless but throughout the entire process of negotiation, keeping everyone happy which was no simple feat due to some unforeseen circumstances and the adaptability and professionalism Peter exuded when the going got tuff undoubtedly kept things on track……he offered a complete contrast to the other parties involved in our sale. To be put simply, Peter’s patience, experience calm/positive approach coupled with complete ownership of the sale simply cannot be matched by others. I would recommend to family and friends without a moments hesitation.

I cannot recommend Peter Scott's estate agents highly enough. Myself and my partner had the pleasure of dealing with Yvonne for a number of months when buying our house in Chalfont St Giles. Yvonne went far and beyond expectations and was by far the best estate agent I have dealt with in 10 years. if and when I decide to buy or sell again I will 100% use Peter Scott estate agents

Peter's extensive knowledge of the area and the profession were appreciated right from the start. His advice on preparing the house for market, the value and how to launch was brilliant.
