Honestly couldn’t have done it without Lorraine and Maria from Robinson Jackson. The sellers had the worst legal team on earth but Maria and Lorraine were calling them every hour on the hour to try to stop the lawyers from stalling the process. They also consistently sent chaser emails to keep the process moving along. They updated me every 30min via either an email or phone call and even got the seller themselves to go to their lawyers office to sort out the situation. The team went above and beyond and the Robinson Jackson director, Chris, even had to speak to the director of the legal firm at 9pm, well after closing hours, to push the process along. The whole team gave great effort and didn’t let a single one of my phone calls to the office go unanswered so I honestly cannot thank them enough.
