I contacted a couple of estate agents to value my fathers house, as you can imagine assisting a relative sell a property can be pretty stressful! Jamie came round to value the property & engaged well with my dad who suffered from a stroke a few years back, he was extremely helpful, patient & assisted us with no feeling of pressure at all. We arranged an open day within a week & the team got an amazing 11 viewings. I dropped my fathers key off to the branch (Jamie offered for someone to collect), on arrival the blonde lady at the front desk had a lovely big smile, was approachable and listened to me as I excitedly mentioned my expectations of the viewings. Emma who I spoke with on the telephone managed the open the day and assisted all the viewers/viewings of the house, when I spoke to Emma on the phone she was lovely, she was just as excited as I was that the viewings went well and we had two offers, naturally reviewing the potential buyers circumstance we went with the higher bid and the joy in her voice it was clear how happy she was for the family buying as well as us selling. It’s been a 10/10 experience, every member of the team has been helpful and truly made this situation as stress free as possible.
