I found all the staff at Robinson Jackson Estate agents to be very helpful and polite, no question was a silly one and they took the time to answer any questions raised. The staff at Robinson Jackson would always provide an update of any potential buyers with a brief telephone call followed by an email. When attending the property with a potential client the representative would always ensure that you are given the choice to either remain in the property should you wish to do so or go out. If the weather was good on a client's visit I would go for a walk to the local park in Ladywell, which is walking distance from the property. If it rained I would remain in the property but keep out of the way as much as possible. There were occasions where the potential client required additional information in respect of the property, for example the property is just across the road from the railway station and I was often asked whether I was affected by the constant noise when the trains go by. Due to the fact that the property benefits form double glazing this was not an issue for either our family or friends as they always remark on how quite it was in the house. Additionally, the we also had the benefit of very good neighbours, our street is very quite but also a very friendly one. We also have some London Transport buses terminating 2 streets behind at the back of Tesco but again there are no difficulties with noise as we never hear them. In addition there is also a primary school close by but again we never hear the children during their play time or at the end of the school day unless you are on your way out during their play time. I would recommend this area to anyone looking for a place to live with everything right on your door step especially if you are commuting, there are trains from Catford Bridge station into central London either to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. There are also trains from Catford Station to Bedford, Bromley and Sevenoaks going in the opposite direction. In the event that you do not wish to take the train there is also a very good bus service into Lewisham and Bromley Shopping Centres.

It was a tricky leasehold purchase and he has basically project-managed the entire thing, communicating regularly with all the stakeholders, streamlining what would otherwise have been quite disastrous. Honestly couldn’t have done it without Lorraine and Maria from Robinson Jackson. The sellers had the worst legal team on earth but Maria and Lorraine were calling them every hour on the hour to try to stop the lawyers from stalling the process. They also consistently sent chaser emails to keep the process moving along. They updated me every 30min via either an email or phone call and even got the seller themselves to go to their lawyers office to sort out the situation. The team went above and beyond and the Robinson Jackson director, Chris, even had to speak to the director of the legal firm at 9pm, well after closing hours, to push the process along. The whole team gave great effort and didn’t let a single one of my phone calls to the office go unanswered so I honestly cannot thank them enough.

A great team, Maria, and Chris, in particular. Very understanding of delays that can happen in issues with leasehold/freehold, and never pressured me, a first time buyer. In fact, were very reassuring. I had seen a number of flats with Robinson Jackson, catford and otherwise, and no nonsense estate agents. They do not suggest places that are not what you are after, unlike many/most estate agents. Go see them. You will get a very nice photo taken at the end as well!!

Great team with an especially kind, supportive and hard working individual called Maria from the progressing team. Not only did she stay on top of everything but she also tackled anything no matter what you threw at her, from the basics of understanding questions in hard paperwork which even adults find hard to understand to solve and explain any questions you have A-Z. I Mean, I had a whole roller-coaster of a process not only because my solicitor was slow but it was also because of the up and down moments I had with communication between the solicitors. I almost gave up and was thinking about re-mortgage, thinking to avoid this one opportunity to go on the property ladder but Maria was incredibly positive and supportive even in the toughest times. And The icing on the top which was the patience of the team including Jamie Nicol, Robert Langley and Chris Perkins by them willingly sacrificing there time, even after the branch was suppose to close, this proves they do everything in consideration of your benefit.
