Absolutely I have nothing but good things to say about Chris Perkins and his team at Robinson Jackson estate agents in Catford. Buying and selling can be stressful but Chris made every possible effort, going well above and beyond to push my transaction to completion which was at real risk of falling through because of a combination of circumstance and a couple of solicitors in the chain. Chris has a heart of gold and works diligently so that his clients complete and are happy. You certainly can't ask for more than that. One word of caution to everyone - please research the solicitors you take on. Check their google reviews. A good solicitor can make all the difference so that you and your agent are not under potentially high levels of stress through the process. It can even make the difference between successfully purchasing your property or for it falling through. I thankfully completed and started the next chapter of my life in a different city because of the immense work that Chris put in.
