The worst letting agent I have ever dealt with, incorrect information given in welcome pack when moving in, unprofessional, unhelpful and dismissive during the tenancy and tried to charge ridiculous money when moving out for things that I could prove were not my responsibility. I would not recommend.

very good until I wanted to move out before my tennancy was up. had to pay fees for moving out, fees for leaving early. the property was left in an immaculate state. and new tenants were found to move in and pay all the fees for moving in. …
