If I could give them 10 stars I Would. I have dealt with these guys for over 4 years and can honestly say you would struggle to find a more helpful,professional and efficient group of people anywhere. In all my dealings with them I never had one single problem and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Park & Bailey Lettings.

Well organised, informative and helpful throughout the process of securing a property to rent. Able and happy to communicate where and when requested. Overall a good, positive experience.

The worst letting agent I have ever dealt with, incorrect information given in welcome pack when moving in, unprofessional, unhelpful and dismissive during the tenancy and tried to charge ridiculous money when moving out for things that I could prove were not my responsibility. I would not recommend.

very good until I wanted to move out before my tennancy was up. had to pay fees for moving out, fees for leaving early. the property was left in an immaculate state. and new tenants were found to move in and pay all the fees for moving in. so they or landlord was not losing out on rent etc. poor customer service, rude and abrupt! wouldn't recommend park and Bailey in caterham valley.
