We were tenants for 1 year of a property managed by Park & Bailey Lettings based in Caterham. Throughout this time I don't think we could have wished for more pleasant people to deal with, especially with all the horror stories you hear. Our entry and exit as tenants was simple, well instructed and our time in that year, well supported in a prompt manner. I'd recommend P&B look at, if they haven't done so already, an onboarding process that doesn't require coming into the office just to sign documents e.g use of Docusign. Special shout out to Liz and Josh who I dealt with mainly and are a credit to the team.

Park and Bailey were very professional and helpful throughout the process of viewings, offer negotiation and moving. Charlotte in particular did a fantastic job of keeping us up to date and being incredibly responsive to everything we asked. The whole team are really helpful and nice too.
