I have used Park and Bailey now for over 6 years to manage a property and I could not have asked for better service from a letting agent than what Park and Bailey have provided. During this time, we have encountered various challenges with tenants and property maintenance, and Jayne, Liz, Jacqui and the rest of the team have always been responsive, approachable and quick to deal with any issues. We've been dealing with Park & Bailey as tenants recently as we move into a P&B managed property. Coming from a Savills-managed flat, where you're never quite sure who you're going to speak to (and your trickier problems are passed around like hot potatoes), we've been extremely impressed by the personal nature of our interactions with Park & Bailey. In particular, Josh and Megan have been fantastic: responsive, helpful and understanding. Throughout this time I don't think we could have wished for more pleasant people to deal with, especially with all the horror stories you hear. Our entry and exit as tenants was simple, well instructed and our time in that year, well supported in a prompt manner. I'd recommend P&B look at, if they haven't done so already, an onboarding process that doesn't require coming into the office just to sign documents e.g use of Docusign.
