Jessica, at Damside has been one the most helpful and passionate person I’ve ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. On any given day, she never hesitates to go above and beyond her duties to help everyone feel supported and much more. And of course, all the pizza parties and hot chocolate were the cherry on top! Jess’s level of care and enthusiasm will never go unnoticed, and it’s been a pleasure interacting and being assisted by her!

Damside has felt like home away from home. It’s the best student accommodation I could ever ask for. The cozy vibes, all the amenities and the people make this a really good place. Jessica has always made me feel at home and supported me in all ways she could. She also arranges events and brings us tasty treats. The pricing is also affordable and student friendly. 10/10 recommended for international students who are worried about their accommodation. The rooms also have personal microwave and fridge which is honestly such a relief. Jon, the maintenance guy is also really efficient and super helpful.

All the staff are lovely,especially Chloe Knowles who has recently been reviewing our property and has been very obliging postponing dates and accomodating us as she knows we are extremely busy with caring responsibilities. I am currently staying in Lancaster, at Damside accommodation managed by Seraph Property Management. Love the place, it is at the city centre and everything a student needs is just a walk away. Jessica makes the place even better with how kind and helpful she is, and how well she manages the place. She even organises breakfast for us monthly and bakes delicious brownies!

My stay at damside has been good as Jessica has shown top tier hospitality being very responsive to our issues and providing us with delicious treats to even goes as far as to bake sometimes for us. Highly recommend for any student coming to stay in lancs

We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
