In the Cathedral Gardens development recently there have been changes in the personnel dealing with our block. It was a pleasure to deal with Paige who dealt with some problems regarding a door which had become stuck. Paige phoned me to see if I could meet the workman who came to mend the door. The workman phoned me to say what time he would arrive and was able to fix the door to the bin store. Paige also arranged to get a one off rubbish clearance as the bins were overflowing. I also mentioned that the bins needed a deep clean and Paige is in the process of arranging a deep clean. I find that Paige always answers emails with efficiency and in a timely manner. It is good to have such an efficient person on the team at Seraph Management.

Have loved it at Damside so far, mostly by the fact of the excellent onsite team that run the place very smoothly, despite being faced with various challenges throughout the year. Massive respect to Jess and Jon!
