Owning a house in a student area can have it's problems,not with Seraph.Over the last three years we have had to report problems with our neighbours house and garden.Ross was the first person we had the pleasure of dealing with, all sorted out quickly and professionally.Now we have trees growing over our fence and electric wires,Sara is our contact now.She is polite, courteous and on the ball.Quotes are in to the owner and Sara has assured us the job will be dealt with.It is so nice to feel confident when dealing with professional companies and to have a pleasant person on the other end of the phone.Thank you Sara you are a star, keep up the good work.

Helpful, professional, trustworthy property management, with staff who go the extra mile. In particular, Robyn Perrett, who has worked diligently to oversee and ensure the management of my property. Her ongoing communication and both thorough and efficient organisation throughout some major repairs has been greatly appreciated and has enabled a smooth and successful outcome.

Its been 6 months we are the tenants at a property with seraph property management cardiff and their services are excellent. They have a brilliant team which includes “Daisy Spillane”. We recently had an issue with the coin meter which she resolved with all her efforts. She briefed us about every possible way to sort the issue out and kept communicating with us during the whole time. on top of it she came to our property herself and reset the meter for us and thats really very nice of her. Such a hardworking and responsible team member you got👍👍 Well done Seraph.
