We had a great experience overall - firstly with Nicola and Adi who showed us around (initially or during follow ups), they were both welcoming and knew when to show us things and when to let us walk about ourselves! Then Claire was the sales progressor for us and it was so helpful having someone to help keep the process moving. Claire was always approachable and quick to respond! This was our first time buying but we're glad our seller chose Northwood over some other estate agents in the area.

A nicd man called jonathon called today.he was very polte,well mannered and spoke clearly.i understood all he had to say.it was a pleasure talking to him.

I was initially shown around the house by Adi who was very knowledgeable about the property and easy to talk to and without the hard sell! I was very interested in the property so arranged a second viewing so my wife could have a look. Carys showed us around this time and was very patient as we took a while looking around and remained very professional throughout. Both staff were very helpful and I have had a number of conversations since the initial viewings and the service has remained just as good.

I was shown round a property recently by Adi, who was courteous, attentive, professional, and a little ray of sunshine. She clearly loves what she does and that passion shone through as she gave me the tour. Follow up comms was excellent and ended up viewing the property again. Didn’t ultimately buy, but that’s no reflection on Adi, she was incredibly passionate.
