We sold our house with Northwood in October of last year. From the initial stages it was clear, they were ahead of the game and the best at what they do. Not only do they list your property on right move but they use social media, which is where many people focus their search these days, to give advanced previews and live tours. This generated interest before the property even went live on rightmove. The pictures they took were beautiful and made our home look instagram worthy. Nicola really puts time and effort into getting those perfect shots. Shortly after our house sold for full asking on the open day. Jo kept us up to date and informed the whole way through the sale and always kept the lines of communication open.
