I've been a tenant with Northwood for almost a year now, and I've had no issues with them. Every time I've had to get in touch with them, they've been quick and responsive. If I've had an issue then they've arranged to get it sorted, and is usually dealt with promptly. I'm also given plenty of notice any time access to the property is needed. I would definitely recommend using them as a letting agent.
